What are the STAY features?
Overview
Before you begin setup and management in the CMS, it is important to understand how STAY is structured in terms of its features.
A feature connects the hotel with guests by displaying services, facilities, and products, giving them clear details about what is available on the property so they can easily explore and enjoy all offerings.
The information configured in a feature via the CMS is what appears to guests in the guest app. Each feature is organized into 3 levels:
- Level 1: Feature. The main feature itself, for example Restaurants.
- Level 2: Categories. Groups created based on the hotel's needs. For example, you can create one category for Pool & Beach Bars and another for International Cuisine restaurants. See this article on how to organize a service using categories (link).
- Level 3: Services. The ****specific offering within a feature. Following the example of the Restaurants feature, services are the individual restaurants themselves such as "The cool crew restaurant", Koi Sushi Bar" or “La Terraza”. See this article on how to create a service (link).

Reduce manual workload for staff by managing content, bookings and orders from a centralized platform: the CMS.
How to access a feature
Every feature involves two processes:

This is done under the Content section of the CMS. - Management. This is reviewing bookings, managing orders, responding to guests, and handling day-to-day operations.
This is done under the Activity section.
