What is the Brand control feature?
Overview
Brand Control is a feature designed to enable corporate teams to define, apply, and oversee the design and content of the guest app. This ensures that all guest apps within a chain or brand remain consistent and fully compliant with brand standards.
What can you do with the Brand control feature?
Brand control allows corporate teams to create, standardize, and review content. The feature has three tools:
- Home page templates:
Define the home page layout and structure once and apply it across multiple hotel apps. This ensures a unified look while still allowing hotels to display local content within the corporate template. - Corporate content:
Create corporate content templates to maintain a shared library for facilities and services. Any updates made here are automatically propagated to all linked hotels to ensure consistency across multiple apps. - Content audit:
Define the required and optional fields a service must have before being published. This feature also provides full visibility into which hotels meet these requirements and which do not.
Key benefits
- Enforce brand standards:
Easily maintain a uniform experience and design across all apps. - Consistent information:
Ensure that shared services and brand details are accurate everywhere. - Streamlined updates:
Save time by pushing updates from one place instead of editing each property manually. - Efficient reviews: Eliminate manual follow-ups by using tools to monitor compliance.
How to access the Brand control feature
To access Brand control, follow these steps:
- Log in to the CMS using a Hotel corporate user (please note that other user types do not have access to this feature).
- Navigate to the Settings menu in the top right corner.
- Click Corporate from the dropdown menu.
