What is the Alerts feature
Overview
The Alerts feature allows you to send real-time or scheduled notifications to guests directly through the STAY app. These alerts can be used to share important updates, promotional offers, last-minute changes, or personalized message, ensuring your guests are always informed in real time, among many other uses.
What can you do with the Alerts feature?
- 
Send timely updates: Share essential details like opening hours, cuisine type, menus, booking options, and special features (e.g., terrace seating or scenic views). 
- 
Promote services and offers: 
 Highlight special discounts, promotions for your F&B outlets, spa services, or other amenities.
- Share event details:
 Remind guests about upcoming shows, activities, or daily itineraries at the property.
- Add high-quality visuals:
 Enhance alerts with images, and link to external websites, videos, or specific services within the app for a better experience.
- Personalize communication:
 Send targeted messages to individual guests for specific needs.

How to access the Alerts feature
You can access the Alerts feature directly from the CMS:
- Log in to the CMS.
- Click CRM in the top menu with the blue background.
- Click Alerts in the left-side menu.
