What is the Hotel notifications feature?

The Hotel notifications feature allows you to send different types of notifications, both immediate and scheduled, and to a single guest or to all guests, through the STAY guest app.

These notifications can be used to share important updates, last-minute changes, safety announcements, activity schedule updates, or personalized messages, ensuring your guests are up to date with information relevant to them.

What can you do with the Hotel notifications feature?

  • Send timely updates:

    Inform guests about important announcements, such as changes to events, maintenance schedules, or emergency notifications.

  • Promote services and offers:

    Highlight special discounts, promotions for your F&B outlets, spa services, or other amenities.

  • Share event details:

    Remind guests about upcoming shows, activities, or daily itineraries at the property.

  • Personalize communication:

    Enhance notifications by adding images, links to external websites, videos, or specific services within the app for a better experience. Additionally, you can personalize the action button inside the notification.

  • Choose between different notification types:

    Depending on the reach, meaning who receives the notification, you can send notifications to a single person or to all guests; depending on the timing, meaning when it is sent, you can send immediate or scheduled notifications.

How to access the Hotel notifications feature

You can access the feature directly from the CMS:

  1. Log in to the CMS.
  2. Click CRM in the top menu with the blue background.
  3. Click Notifications in the left-side menu.
