What is the Guest board feature?

Overview

Guest board is a social feed designed for hotels where guests and staff can post and reply. It allows guests to ask questions, share recommendations, propose plans, and join activities, while helping hotels drive participation and increase the usage of facilities and services.

What can you do with the Guest board feature?

  • Have an interactive social feed:
    Guests and staff can post content, interact, and discover what others are doing. This breaks the "group bubble" and allows guests to connect with others.
  • Share staff announcements and posts:
    Enable staff to publish messages, propose plans, and answer common questions in a visible space. This ensures updates reach guests exactly when they are deciding what to do next.
  • Use moderation tools:
    Maintain control over the social environment. Staff can use the word-blocking system, while also being able to hide content, block users, or identify profiles with a risk-based filter.
  • Practice active social listening:
    Capture real-time insights into what guests care about, what they are asking for, and what they recommend. This allows teams to detect issues early and uncover new service opportunities based on real demand.

How to access the Guest board feature

To access the Guest board, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the CMS.
  2. Click Activity in the top menu with the blue background.
  3. From the left menu, clic on the Guest board section
