How to use the AI Concierge analytics tool

Overview

The AI Concierge Analytics section allows you to monitor how guests interact with AI Concierge and evaluate its performance.

You can track key metrics such as the volume of user inquiries, satisfaction levels, and how effectively the AI recommends services.

These insights help you identify trends, detect issues, and continuously improve your FAQs and CMS content.

Before getting started

Before using the Analytics section, make sure:

  • AI Concierge is enabled and being used by guests
  • You have access to the AI Concierge section in the CMS

Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Access the analytics dashboard

  1. Log in to the CMS
  2. Click AI Concierge in the top menu
  3. Open the Analytics section

You will see a dashboard with key metrics and charts related to AI Concierge usage.

 

Step 2: Select a date range

At the top of the dashboard, use the date range selector to define the period you want to analyze.

All KPIs and charts will update based on the selected time frame.

Step 3: Understand key metrics (KPIs)

The dashboard displays the following key performance indicators:

  • Total conversations Total number of conversations within the selected date range
  • User inquiries Total number of messages sent by users (AI responses are excluded)
  • Average rating Average score based on user feedback (likes and dislikes)
  • Click rate Percentage of interactions where users clicked on recommended services

These KPIs provide a quick overview of usage, satisfaction, and engagement.

 

Step 4: Analyze charts

The analytics dashboard includes several charts to help you understand trends and performance over time:

  • Daily user inquiries Shows the number of user messages per day, helping you identify peak usage periods
  • Daily rating volume Displays how many ratings (likes/dislikes) are submitted over time
  • Daily average rating Shows how user satisfaction evolves over time
  • Most recommended services Displays a table with the services recommended by AI Concierge and the number of times each service has been suggested

Use these charts to detect patterns, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

 

Step 5: Export data

You can export the data displayed in the analytics dashboard for further analysis or reporting.

  • Export data from any of the available charts and tables (using the Export data button on the right side)
  • Download the information to review trends externally or share insights with your team

This allows you to work with the data outside the platform and perform deeper analysis if needed.
